Our refund policy is apparent. The service(s) you purchase from us are 100% refundable if you’re unhappy with the work provided within the first 25 days from the time we receive payment. We would appreciate the opportunity to make it right, but that’s not an obligation on your part.
This policy holds regardless of how much time or resources we have invested in the project.
Any refund request made after 25 days of receiving your payment will be on a case-by-case basis.
Our focus is to make your Ministry the best it can be. If we are unable to do that, then we don’t want to become a waste of your time or resources.
